Most packages run one or two weeks from the day we drop them off. If your move slides, add an extra week any time before pickup.
A studio usually fits in about 20 totes, a one-bedroom in 35, a two-bedroom in 50 and a larger home in 75. Tell us your home size during booking and we’ll recommend a herd.
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included with qualifying packages. We bring the totes before moving day and collect them when you’re finished.
No. The lids fold shut and stay shut. No tape, no box cutter, no flattened pile afterward.
Add them to your order before delivery, or call us mid-move and we’ll bring more out.
Normal wear is on us. If a tote goes missing or is damaged beyond repair, there’s a flat replacement fee per tote listed in your rental agreement.
Yes. Extra weeks can be added online or by text right up until your scheduled pickup.
Every tote is washed and sanitized between rentals, then checked before it goes back out. They arrive ready to pack.
